The Mindfulness & Grief Podcast is back for the holidays (and beyond)

Hello Reader,

It’s been a while since you’ve heard from me on the Mindfulness & Grief Podcast. 2021, to be exact.

A lot has happened since then. Divorce, moving, working closely with private clients and groups, starting the Mindfulness & Grief Coach Certification, writing my book Navigating Loss, and revising Living with Grief (formerly Mindfulness & Grief).

Not to mention a lot of life chapters in between. The podcast ended up on the back burner for a while. And I’ve missed it.

Now I’m back behind the mic, and this new episode is the first in a special holiday series designed to support you through the coming weeks.

The first episode, Planning for Peace: Tending to Holiday Grief and Anxiety, explores how to navigate the holidays with compassion, honesty, and care.

I share my story of early loss and what it taught me about unspoken grief, as well as gentle ways to plan for the season while honoring both your love and your pain.

You can listen wherever you get your podcasts:

P.S. This episode is the first in a series that will roll out over the holiday season, each one offering mindful tools and compassionate reflections to help you care for yourself and make space for meaning, even when the days feel heavy.

Hello Reader, The start of a new year can bring a mix of things when you are living with grief.
