For people who help grieving people

Hello Reader,

If you support people through grief, loss, or major life change, you already know how meaningful this work is.

You may also know how demanding it can be. Holding space. Staying present. Carrying stories that stay with you long after sessions end. Wanting to help deeply, without pushing past your own limits.

This Thursday, I’m hosting a live, free Q&A where I’ll introduce the Mindfulness and Grief System and answer questions about the Mindfulness and Grief Coach Certification.

This session is for therapists, chaplains, yoga teachers, meditation teachers, and other helping professionals who want a trauma-sensitive, mindfulness-based way to support grieving people without burning out or feeling like they have to fix what cannot be fixed.

During the session, I’ll share:

  • How mindfulness and self-compassion can support both you and your clients
  • What the certification looks like in practice, including time commitment
  • How the 8-step Mindfulness and Grief System works in group and one-to-one settings
  • Space to ask me your real questions, live

There is no pressure to enroll. This is simply a chance to get clarity, experience the approach, and decide whether it fits your work and your life.

You can register here for Thursday, January 22 at 12:00 pm ET
Replay included if you cannot attend live

If you love this work and are looking for a more sustainable, embodied way to do it, I would love to have you join us.

With compassion,

Hello Reader, The start of a new year can bring a mix of things when you are living with grief. There can be pressure to feel hopeful, to move forward, or to set intentions that do not quite fit where you actually are. There can also be a quiet worry about what lies ahead, especially if time feels like it is moving faster than you are ready for. Hello Reader, As the year comes to a close, many grieving people notice a quiet anxiety creeping in. The world talks about fresh starts and new beginnings, but grief does not reset at midnight. If that’s where you are, you’re not doing anything wrong. You do not need to celebrate. You do not need to feel...
