This session introduces you to (or reminds you of) mindfulness practices to gently guide you through the experience of grief. Together, we’ll explore grounding techniques like sensory awareness and body scans, helping you stay present with your emotions and foster a sense of equanimity. By observing your grief without judgment, you’ll begin to reconnect with the inner resilience that supports healing​​.
