Become a Certified Mindfulness & Grief Coach with Heather

Hello Reader,

I’m so excited to share something that means so much to me: enrollment is now open for the September 2025 Mindfulness & Grief Coaching Certification.

If you love mindfulness, and help people navigate grief, this is for you.

This 12-week, live online program is designed for grief professionals, meditation teachers, and yoga teacher / therapists who want practical, clinical tools to support their clients and themselves.

You’ll learn the 8-Step Mindfulness & Grief Framework, receive client-ready scripts and practices, and be part of a supportive community where we walk the talk of self-care.

This isn’t just another training. It’s deeply personal. And I know from experience... from working with clients, through my own losses, and struggles with burnout... these practices work.

Earlier this year I was honored with the 2025 Association for Death Education and Counseling Practice Award and invited to teach a one-hour webinar to their members. The response reminded me that like me, most grief professionals are as hungry for clinical tools as I am to share them.

Things you can give your clients to do about what they are feeling that gets real results. Plus, we could use these ourselves, too!

Program details:

  • When: September 19–December 12, Fridays 12:00–1:30 pm ET (live on Zoom, replays included)
  • What you’ll learn: 8-Step Framework, scripts, group practices, and self-care methods that fit into 10–15 minutes a day
  • Tuition: Early-bird $800 until Sept 5 (save $150), $950 after. Payment plans are available - just hit reply and we can discuss what will work for you!

👉 Join me for the September cohort

This certification is my way of passing on tools that help us show up fully for our clients and for ourselves. If this feels like the right step for you, I’d be honored to welcome you.

With gratitude,
Heather

P.S. If you have questions, you can join me for a live Q&A session this Friday, August 29, at 12:00 PM ET, or hit reply to this email.
