Mindfulness & Grief Certification, early bird ends tonight, 5 spaces left

Hello Reader,

I’m so excited about the next Mindfulness & Grief Coach Certification, and I wanted to reach out personally with a brief update.

If you support others through grief in any capacity, professionally or personally, this training is designed for you.

We already have a beautiful cohort forming, including grief professionals, yoga teachers, and others who feel called to support people through loss with presence, care, and skill.

At this point, only 5 of the 24 spaces remain.

Tuition is $800 through tonight at 11:59 pm ET, and will increase to $950 tomorrow. Future cohorts will be priced higher as the certification continues to grow and evolve.

If you’ve been feeling a quiet “yes,” this may be the right moment.

Program details

The certification runs Fridays, February 13 to May 8, 2026.

Live classes meet from 12:00 to 1:30 pm ET on Zoom, with replays included.
There will be no class on March 6.

  • Weekly 90-minute live sessions, with replays posted on Saturdays if you can’t attend live
  • Script-ready coaching cues, meditations, and worksheets
  • Practical tools you can use right away with groups and individual clients
  • A supportive private community and an optional practice buddy
  • Built-in self-care to help prevent burnout and support long-term sustainability

It is about learning how to see them more clearly. 🎧 Listen here: Episode 60: From Rumination to Wisdom (or search for Mindfulness &...

Hello Reader, Last week in the Monthly Living With Grief webinar, we spent time with a practice that felt especially right for this season. I led a shorter version of my Journey to Your Heart Center meditation, and it was powerful to witness. Valentine’s Day can stir up a lot. Even if you tell yourself it is just another day, the imagery is everywhere. Hearts. Romance. Partnership. It can feel like the world is highlighting what is no longer physically present. Your nervous system notices....

Hello Reader, Grief is not something I believe we are meant to navigate alone. It is relational. It unfolds in conversation, in reflection, and in being witnessed. So I want to introduce you to Amanda Palermo, who is joining me as the new cohost of the Mindfulness & Grief Podcast. Amanda has been part of my world for a long time. She is a member of Awaken, walked her own path through grief, and...
